The CA870, a masterpiece shotgun with a caseless single-shot system born from the idea of specializing only in firing BB bullets, is equipped with a new hop-up system.
A variable hop-up chamber system with the same structure as the "APS Type 96" was introduced.
The chamber packing is directly converted from the Type 96 chamber packing, which integrates the BB bullet retention and hop-up functions to achieve outstanding range and accuracy.
The hop adjustment is operated by turning the adjustment screw from the outside. The adjustment screw moves the hop-up seesaw up and down to give the chamber packing the optimum hop-up function.
The box-type magazine boasts a 40-round multi-shot capacity, and the sturdy body manufactured with a metal inner frame and equipped with a special APS sear delivers outstanding trigger snap and stroke. The smooth pump action also enables high-speed continuous fire.
Equipped with a flexible stock that can be finely adjusted to six positions.
The use of metal block parts at the receiver/stock connection provides incredible rigidity, and a 20mm short multi-rail is provided as an extra point.
